High School Teams:
Our Girls and Boys High School Teams are focused on skill development in all areas of the game to improve for High School competition and the opportunity to play collegiate athletics. It is our goal to develop strong athletes, with outstanding leadership skills, and a love for this sport. This group is focused on fundamentals, conditioning (both in the water and on land), and game tactics. While further developing individual skills, the high school teams will also learn and build upon the different aspects of offense and defense. Along with tactics, strength and conditioning are crucial for our sport. We are comprised of all athletes from various High School programs in Salem area and Mid Willamette Valley

Juniors Water Polo Teams
Our 14U/12U girls and boys program is focused on providing training for improvement in basic fundamental skills to have success in practice and games. This program focuses on skill building, learning the game, and playing in year-round competition in a fun team environment. As a club we want to build a strong foundation for High School Water Polo!
