NWA YEAR ROUND PRICING

NWA ANNUAL FEE
NWA annual fee of $115 (billed at the time your swimmer(s) joins the team) per swimmer includes a free team cap, team t-shirt, and one year of insurance. All swimmers pay this fee in September of each year.

NWA ANNUAL NON-COMPETITIVE FEE
NWA annual fee of $25 (billed at the time your swimmer(s) joins the team) per swimmer. Applies to Orange and Yellow Squad only.

 
MONTHLY FEES
NWA monthly fees cover the cost of the coach's salary and squad expenses.

Orange Squad $30
Yellow Squad $40
White Squad $85
Red Squad    $110
Black Squad  $135

MEET FEES
These fees vary greatly from meet to meet depending on the entry and meet fees charged by Oregon Swimming and the host clubs. NWA includes a meet fee of $10 per swimmer to help offset coaches' meet travel expenses.  Meet fees are included on monthly invoices.

FUNDRAISING GOAL
To keep our fees as low as possible, each swimmer is asked to raise a minimum of $200 per year. All swimmers are highly encouraged to participate in the team's annual Swim-A-Thon fundraiser. There will be additional fundraising events throughout the year.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS
1st (oldest or highest squad) swimmer pays full dues.
2nd swimmer pays 90% of their squad dues.
3 or more swimmers pay 80% of their squad dues.

BILLING POLICIES
On the 20th of the month, NWA will send an invoice for monthly dues and any meet fees.
On the 1st of the month, a courtesy email will be sent as a reminder that the invoice is due.
On the 10th of the month, the invoice will be past due and a $10 late fee will be assessed.

OTHER CHARGES
NWA reserves the right to assess a fee for "Dome take down" and "Dome Install" days, if there are not enough volunteers able to help.

NWA reserves the right to assess additional fees for training in 50 meter water space to all members who have practices offered in 50 meter pools.
